We collect only the data needed to deliver education services: identity, academic role, contact, learning activity, and payment details for payouts. Lawful bases include consent, contract, and legitimate interest. Data is stored on secured infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest.
You may request full erasure of your account, profile, learning history, and personal identifiers at any time using the account-deletion tool below. Anonymized aggregate analytics may be retained as permitted by law.
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or screenshot-sharing of premium copyrighted materials is a criminal offence. All premium documents carry a dynamic user watermark; misuse is traceable to your account.
All textbooks, slides, and videos are either licensed, public-domain, or uploaded by verified rights-holders. Infringing content is removed within 48 hours of a valid take-down notice. Contact our DPO below.
Permanently delete my account
This will erase your profile, learning history, certificates, forum posts, and personal identifiers from Scholar Vault Africa within 30 days, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, 2022.
