These terms describe the responsible use of Scholar Vault Africa. The platform is an evolving educational and knowledge service; specific features, access levels and commercial services may change as they are developed and released.

Users may stop using the platform and may request account or personal-data deletion through the available privacy contact. A deletion request is not treated as completed merely by submitting a form or clicking a button; it is completed only after the underlying account/data process has actually run.
Keep account credentials private and do not attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, content restrictions or administrative functions. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share. Additional content-specific rules may apply where a service introduces licensed or restricted materials.
Content should be used only for lawful educational and personal purposes and in accordance with applicable licences and the rights of content owners. Account deletion is handled through the platform's privacy process. The website does not claim that a local confirmation screen by itself has deleted your account or personal data.
